Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews, codes, and processes incoming certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assists with updating the insurance portal and other activities as directed.

• Assists with process improvements to enhance efficiency within AR & Insurance functions.
• Provides administrative and project support to the Director of Credit & Collections as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality.
