Job Summary

Receives incoming road breakdown calls. Engages the caller and gathers all necessary information in order to pass it on to an Call Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers the phone from road breakdown calls.
• Professionally greets the caller in a friendly, caring and helpful manner.
• Gathers all the pertinent information to ensure a proper handoff to an Event Coordinator.
• Creates work orders through internal electronic system.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Type 35 wpm or greater
• Proficient in using computer applications
• Experience in transportation industry preferred
