Job Summary

Recruiting Processors assists the Recruiting Department in processing driver files and by providing administrative support to the Recruiters throughout the on-boarding process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and review Driver Qualification (DQFs) to ensure full compliance with FMCSA regulations, including application review, MVR analysis, PSP reports, VOEs, and required certifications prior to hire.
• Compare driver applications and background reports against Hogan Transports’ internal hiring guidelines to ensure qualification standards are met, including accident thresholds, violation limits, employment gaps, and CDL requirements.
• Initiate and track Verification of Employment (VOE) requests in accordance with 49 CFR 391.23, documenting all good faith efforts and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Analyze MVRs for violations, out-of-service orders, CDL status, medical card updates, and endorsement accuracy to confirm eligibility under both DOT regulation and Hogan policy.
• Manage applicants working within Tenstreet and related systems, accurately applying tags, updating statuses, and maintaining data integrity throughout the pre-hire process while communicating with driver and internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
