Driver Recruiting Processor

Job Summary

The Processor Administrator supports the Recruiting Department by ensuring driver files are complete, accurate, and compliant throughout the onboarding process. This role provides critical administrative support to Recruiters, maintains personnel and safety documentation, and communicates directly with drivers to collect and verify required information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes and reviews Driver Qualification (DQFs) to ensure full compliance with FMCSA regulations, including application review, MVR analysis, PSP reports, VOEs, and required certifications prior to hire.
  • Compares driver applications and background reports against Hogan Transports’ internal hiring guidelines to ensure qualification standards are met, including accident thresholds, violation limits, employment gaps, and CDL requirements.
  • Initiates and tracks verification of employment (VOE) requests in accordance with 49 CFR 391.23, documenting all good faith efforts and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Analyzes MVRs for violations, out-of-service orders, CDL status, medical card updates, and endorsement accuracy to confirm eligibility under both DOT regulation and Hogan policy.
  • Manages applicants working within Tenstreet and related systems, accurately applying tags, updating statuses, and maintaining data integrity throughout the pre-hire process while communicating with driver and internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Processor experience required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Tenstreet experience required.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
